Hey – I’m a Twilight apologist too. What can I say?
I am looking SO forward to this movie and much of my excitement is due to the clips that I have seen. I probably would have seen it anyway, but I am going to the premier with friends and not at all worried about whether they will enjoy it because I am SURE they will.
I am particularly anxious to see the dream sequences (I bet there will be more than one) and everything that happens on the Quileute Res. The sense of family that Bella experiences is my favorite part of New Moon. Plus the movie just looks gorgeous!
Oh man. I’m beyond excited. I’m not sure how I’m going to manage the last few days – seriously.
I was talking to my hubby this morning on the drive in to work and we heard something about “New Moon” on the radio. He asks me I’m excited and I nearly jump with joy. lol
I’m calling this MY Star Wars. He’s not impressed. Thankfully, by all initial reaction from the press screenings, we’re in for a treat – SW can suck that!
I’m with ya Wray – dream sequences & rez stuff is way high on my list of things I’m excited to see. That and, well, almost everything!
I can’t believe it’s just over a week away. I’m so glad I’ll be distracted by festivalling for a good portion of that.
I heard some people talking junket today, but I walked quickly in the other direction – I don’t want to hear anything more and we are so so so close. I can’t wait!
P.S. I am intrigued by the upcoming discussion of your poll(s). The whole Breaking Dawn issue is prickly, but after what I have seen from the movies so far and heard from the script writer, I am fairly confident that the Twilight team could make a terrific film. Especially after hearing an interview with Melissa Rosenberg who said she already has ideas about how to approach the material…if it happens at all. This could be an opportunity to heal the rift in the fan base
Here’s to hoping for the best!
